• Nausea, mild stomach upset, or gastrointestinal discomfort, especially if taken on an empty stomach.
• Constipation or, less commonly, diarrhea.
• Dark or discolored stools (related to iron content) — this is generally harmless.
• Mild headache.
• Unusual/unpleasant taste.
• Allergic reactions such as rash or itching are rare but possible.

Severe or persistent side effects should be reported to a physician promptly.

Lactation: Aristo Mom is specifically formulated for use during breastfeeding to support maternal nutritional needs. It should be used as directed by a physician, at the recommended dose, since exceeding the recommended dose of certain vitamins and minerals (e.g., Vitamin A, iron) can carry risks even during lactation.
