Refund Policy

Telemedicine Refund:

We allow refund only in the following cases:

  • If the doctor is not available for the consultation, and it is not possible to reschedule.
  • A high-speed internet connection is necessary for the video consultation under the “Book an appointment” feature. It shall be the responsibility of the MedEasy users to ensure at their own costs that they have internet access with sufficient bandwidth for video calls with a specialist. If the call disconnects due to the connection problem of the user, there will be no refund.
  • MedEasy users will not be entitled to any refund for missing any pre-scheduled session. But the session can be rescheduled if the doctor allows for it.

Medicine Refund

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

  • Customer must provide the prescriptions which proves that his medicines have been changed by the doctor.
  • Customer must has to provide the invoice.
  • Customer must purchase our medicine from oMedEasy
  • Customer must purchase our medicine from oMedEasy
  • The returned medicine price would be added in customer MedEasy wallet.

For all the above scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to MedEasy wallet of the customer. And the balance can only be used to purchase at MedEasy. Upon customer's request, MedEasy will transfer the refund amount to the user's original payment source within 7 days. Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid via bKash or card or other electronic method. For the orders that are paid via Cash, refund is only to be given through MedEasy wallet.
