Asizime 500 mg/vial belongs to the macrolide subclass of antibiotics known as azalide.
In order to prevent microbial protein synthesis, Asizime 500 mg/vial binds to the 50s ribosomal subunit of susceptible species.

What are the side effects of Asizime 500 mg/vial?
