MedEasy Healthcare Limited is a Dhaka-based online pharmacy and digital healthcare platform. It delivers prescription and OTC medicines, supplements and care products across Bangladesh, and offers doctor video consultations and lab tests through its website and app.
Who We Are
MedEasy started in Dhaka with one job: make it simple to get genuine medicine delivered to your home. Today MedEasy Healthcare Limited runs an online pharmacy, a telemedicine service and lab-test booking through its website and app, in English and Bangla.
The pharmacy is the heart of the service. We stock prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements, baby care, skin care, personal care, diabetes care products and health devices, sourced from licensed suppliers and manufacturers' authorised distributors in Bangladesh.
Every prescription order is checked by a MedEasy pharmacist before it leaves our premises, and our support team is available around the clock by phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and email.
MedEasy is supported by Startup Bangladesh Limited, the Government of Bangladesh's venture fund, and is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms.

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. A MedEasy pharmacist reviews every prescription order before it is dispatched, and our support team can connect you with a licensed doctor by video if you need a new prescription.
