Important scope limitation

Oralis TTO is a cosmetic/topical adjunct product. It is not a substitute for medical evaluation and prescription treatment of moderate-to-severe acne, infected skin lesions, or dermatologic conditions that require prescription-strength therapy. Evidence supporting these specific topical claims is limited and largely traditional/preliminary rather than based on large controlled clinical trials.

Each preparation of Tea tree oil + Echinacea + Geothermal water contains, in a topical base (gel/cream/lotion formulated for external skin application):

• Tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia oil) - included at a diluted, formulation-appropriate concentration for its recognized antiseptic and mild antimicrobial properties.
• Echinacea extract - included for its traditional immune-supportive and anti-inflammatory reputation when applied topically.
• Geothermal (thermal spring) water - included for its natural mineral content and traditional soothing effect on sensitive or mildly irritated skin.

Oralis TTO is a topical herbal and mineral skin-care combination intended for external application to the skin. It combines the antiseptic properties of tea tree oil, the traditional anti-inflammatory reputation of Echinacea, and the mineral-rich, soothing properties of geothermal (thermal spring) water.

Oralis TTO is formulated as a cosmetic/dermo-cosmetic topical adjunct rather than a systemic pharmaceutical drug, and is generally used as part of a daily skin-care routine for blemish-prone or sensitive skin.

Tea tree oil + Echinacea + Geothermal water acts locally on the skin surface through the combined action of its three components:

• Tea tree oil: contains terpinen-4-ol and related terpenes with recognized in-vitro antiseptic and mild antimicrobial activity against certain skin bacteria and fungi, which may help support skin hygiene when applied topically in a diluted form.
• Echinacea: traditionally reputed to have topical anti-inflammatory and mild immune-supportive properties, which may help calm minor skin irritation; clinical evidence for topical Echinacea specifically is limited.
• Geothermal water: rich in trace minerals (such as silica, selenium, and other trace elements depending on source), traditionally used in dermo-cosmetics to soothe, hydrate, and reduce the appearance of irritation on sensitive skin.

Systemic absorption from topical application is expected to be minimal.

Oralis TTO is for external use on the skin only. Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eyes, mucous membranes, and broken skin/open wounds. Do not swallow. Wash hands after application unless hands are the treated area.

As Oralis TTO is applied topically with minimal systemic absorption, no well-established, clinically significant systemic drug-drug interactions have been documented.

• Concurrent use with other topical acne treatments (e.g., benzoyl peroxide, topical retinoids, salicylic acid) may increase the risk of local skin irritation or dryness; space application times or consult a physician if combining products.
• Use with other essential-oil-based or strongly fragranced topical products may increase the likelihood of contact sensitization in susceptible individuals.

Reported side effects of Oralis TTO are generally local and mild, and include:

• Skin irritation, stinging, or burning sensation at the application site
• Redness or dryness of the skin
• Itching

• For external/topical use only - not for oral, ophthalmic, or intranasal use.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; rinse thoroughly with water if accidental contact occurs.
• Undiluted tea tree oil can cause skin irritation or allergic contact dermatitis; use only Oralis TTO as formulated in its diluted, product-appropriate concentration - never apply pure/undiluted essential oil to the skin.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, burning, or an allergic reaction occurs (see Side Effects).
• Not intended for use on broken skin, open wounds, or infected lesions (see Contraindications).
• Persistent, worsening, or infected skin lesions, or moderate-to-severe acne, warrant prompt medical evaluation rather than reliance on this product alone.
• Oralis TTO is a cosmetic/topical adjunct and is not an antibiotic; it is not intended to treat systemic or deep skin infections.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Topical overapplication of Oralis TTO may increase the likelihood of local skin irritation; if this occurs, rinse the area with water and discontinue use.

If accidentally swallowed, or if a significant allergic reaction (e.g., difficulty breathing, facial swelling, widespread rash) occurs, seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center/emergency services rather than attempting home treatment.

Store at room temperature (below 30°C), away from light and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.

• Children: Use in young children and infants should be under adult supervision and, for infants and very young children, only on the advice of a physician, given the recognized skin sensitivity and contact-allergy potential of tea tree oil - see Pediatric Uses.
• Elderly: No specific dose adjustment is required for external use; skin in elderly individuals may be more fragile, so a patch test and cautious initial use is advisable.
• Sensitive skin/atopic dermatitis: Individuals with a history of eczema, atopic dermatitis, or multiple skin allergies should use Oralis TTO cautiously and perform a patch test before regular use.

Oralis TTO is generally used for as long as directed on the product label or by a physician/dermatologist, typically as part of an ongoing skin-care routine. If no visible improvement occurs after 4-6 weeks of consistent use, or if the skin condition worsens at any point, discontinue use and seek medical evaluation.

In older children and adolescents, use should be under adult supervision, with a patch test performed before regular use given the recognized contact-allergy potential of the tea tree oil component.
