Excessive or prolonged irrigation with large volumes of Eye Relief, particularly during continuous bladder or body-cavity irrigation, can rarely lead to absorption of fluid causing fluid overload, electrolyte disturbance, or (with certain non-isotonic or non-electrolyte irrigating fluids) a dilutional syndrome. If signs such as confusion, nausea, visual changes, swelling, or breathing difficulty occur during or after an irrigation procedure, seek immediate medical attention or contact emergency services; do not attempt to manage such symptoms at home.

Store at room temperature (below 30°C), away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Use only sterile, unopened containers; discard any opened or unused portion per facility protocol and do not reuse.

Use in Special Populations

• Renal impairment: Use caution with large-volume irrigation (e.g., bladder irrigation) in patients with renal or cardiac impairment, as reduced ability to handle absorbed fluid/electrolytes may increase risk of fluid overload; monitor accordingly.
