Not indicated for

• Treatment of a specific diagnosed medical skin disease (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, infected dermatitis, acne, or skin cancer). Lertal is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease; a physician or dermatologist should be consulted for such conditions.

Liposome + Perilla + Sodium Hyaluronate is a topical preparation combining:

Cleanse and dry the skin before applying Lertal. Apply a small amount and gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Avoid contact with the eyes, inner eyelids, lips, and other mucous membranes; if accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Wash hands after application unless the hands are the treated area. Lertal is for external use only and must not be swallowed.

No well-established, clinically significant drug interactions have been documented for Lertal, reflecting its topical use and minimal systemic absorption. As a general precaution, when using Lertal together with other topical products containing strong actives (e.g. retinoids, exfoliating acids, or other potentially irritating agents), apply them at separate times or allow the skin to dry between applications to reduce the risk of additive local irritation.

Lertal is generally well tolerated when used as directed. Reported effects include:

• Common: mild, transient local irritation, redness, stinging, or itching at the application site, particularly on first use or on broken/very sensitive skin.
• Uncommon/rare: allergic contact dermatitis or a hypersensitivity reaction (see Contraindications).

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation persists, worsens, or if signs of an allergic reaction occur.

Lertal is applied topically and has minimal systemic absorption, so it is generally considered to carry low risk during pregnancy and breastfeeding when used on intact skin as directed. Lertal is for external use only. Observe the following precautions:

Lertal is a cosmetic/dermocosmetic product and is not intended to treat a specific diagnosed medical skin condition; consult a dermatologist if a persistent skin problem is present. It is not an antibiotic and has no role in treating infections.

Excessive topical application of Lertal beyond the recommended amount is unlikely to cause systemic toxicity but may increase the likelihood of local irritation; if this occurs, wash the area with water and discontinue use. If Lertal is accidentally ingested or causes a significant reaction such as swelling of the face/throat or difficulty breathing, seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center.

Store at room temperature (below 30°C), away from light and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed after use and keep out of reach of children.

Renal/hepatic impairment: Not applicable in the usual sense, as Lertal is applied topically with minimal systemic absorption; no specific dose adjustment is required.

Elderly: Can generally be used; elderly skin may be thinner and more prone to irritation, so a patch test is advisable.

Lertal may be used as an ongoing part of a daily skincare routine for as long as it continues to be well tolerated and beneficial. If no improvement in skin hydration or comfort is noticed after several weeks of regular use, or if irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a physician or dermatologist.
