Indications of Vonozan 10 mg
Vonozan 10 mg is used for the treatment and prevention of acid-related stomach conditionsincluding gastric ulcerduodenal ulcersupporting recovery in conditions such as peptic ulcersMALT lymphomaidiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP)and post-endoscopic resection of early gastric cancer or H. pylori–associated gastritis .

Pharmacology
Vonozan 10 mg is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by reversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme in parietal cells.
Absorption
Due to its strong basic nature and prolonged retention in gastric parietal cells, Vonozan 10 mg provides rapid, sustained, and potent acid suppression , helping protect the gastric mucosa and reduce upper gastrointestinal mucosal damage effectively.

Gastric Ulcer Adult dose

Administration of Vonozan 10 mg
Vonozan 10 mg can be taken without regard to food or timing of food.
Contraindications
Vonozan 10 mg is contraindicated in:
- Patients with hypersensitivity to Vonozan 10 mg or to any excipient of the product.
- Patients receiving atazanavir sulphate, nelfinavir or rilpivirine hydrochloride
